En 1963, d\u00e9butaient les travaux de construction du terrain dessin\u00e9 par John Harris et l'ann\u00e9e 1965 voyait la cr\u00e9ation du Club de golf Punta Rotja. Cependant, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de promotion, ayant fait faillite, s'est dissoute mettant en p\u00e9ril la continuit\u00e9 du club.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4065baf e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4065baf\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2bc6258 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"2bc6258\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"878\" height=\"722\" src=\"https:\/\/golfsonservera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Golf_Son_Servera_Historia_Club.webp\" class=\"attachment-full size-full wp-image-1231\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/golfsonservera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Golf_Son_Servera_Historia_Club.webp 878w, https:\/\/golfsonservera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Golf_Son_Servera_Historia_Club-600x493.webp 600w, https:\/\/golfsonservera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Golf_Son_Servera_Historia_Club-768x632.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 878px) 100vw, 878px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0fe8c17 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0fe8c17\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">Malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s, certains membres r\u00e9sidents de la Costa de los Pinos, tels que Bernard H. Eversmeyer, Antoni Llad\u00f3 et Frederico Knuchel, ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de p\u00e9renniser le club. Ils recrutent de nouveaux membres et signent un bail pour la location du terrain de golf avec la famille Servera. Ces personnes, qui avaient une vision claire du potentiel du golf \u00e0 Majorque, ont choisi de cr\u00e9er un club social, statut que devait garder le Club de Golf Son Servera \u00e0 l'avenir.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d674ae elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5d674ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 difficiles et le club a d\u00fb demander un pr\u00eat au Conseil Sup\u00e9rieur des Sports pour achever l'am\u00e9nagement du terrain. Cependant, gr\u00e2ce aux contributions et aux dons des membres, la stabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re a pu \u00eatre garantie. Le si\u00e8ge provisoire \u00e9tait \u00e9tabli chez l'un des membres avant la construction, en 1982, du si\u00e8ge actuel sur un projet de l'architecte Sebasti\u00e1n Moreno. L'acquisition fonci\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9e par les r\u00e9serves du club et les contributions de ses membres.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae22618 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ae22618\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Notre petit coin de paradis<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a1318c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a1318c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Peu \u00e0 peu, le club a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 stimuler la vie sociale du lieu et s'est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par \u00ab\u202fune atmosph\u00e8re familiale attachante\u202f\u00bb que l'Am\u00e9ricain Bernard H. Eversmeyer, pr\u00e9sident du club, qualifiait de \u00ab\u202f(notre) petit coin de paradis<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0521426 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"0521426\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f974bc4 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f974bc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Costa de los Pinos attiraient alors des familles espagnoles et \u00e9trang\u00e8res ais\u00e9es. Les membres sont de diverses nationalit\u00e9s, principalement anglaise, n\u00e9erlandaise, belge, fran\u00e7aise et allemande.
